A lead-generation site for a Melbourne fencing and landscaping business, with an AI agent that qualifies enquiries before they reach the owner.
The problem
A growing trades business was fielding enquiries by phone and losing quotable work to slower follow-up. Every lead arrived unqualified, so scoping a job meant a call-back, and the website itself was invisible for the suburb searches customers actually run.
The solution
We built a Next.js site with dedicated landing pages for each service and each suburb served, so the business ranks for the searches its customers make. An embedded AI agent qualifies enquiries in the browser, capturing trade, suburb, timeframe and scope before handing over a structured lead. Self-serve quote and invoice tools handle the routine paperwork.
The outcome
Enquiries now arrive pre-qualified rather than as a name and number, and every service-and-suburb combination has a page behind it. The agent degrades to a rule-based flow if the AI service is ever unavailable, so lead capture never breaks.
