Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AgxGlobal Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 56 694 242 129) (“AgxGlobal”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

We only collect personal information that you actively give us. On this website, that means:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, company name, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Consultation agent. If you use the AI consultation assistant on this site, we receive the transcript of that conversation, along with any name, email address or company you provide during it.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not collect personal information from third parties about you.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to discuss whether our services suit your needs, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of service providers to operate this site, and your information passes through them:

• OpenAI — powers the consultation agent. What you type into that assistant is sent to OpenAI to generate a response.
• Google (Workspace / Gmail) — enquiries from the contact form and the consultation agent are delivered to our mailbox by email, and stored there.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the requests that serve it.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. By submitting an enquiry you consent to that overseas disclosure. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers, but we cannot control their internal handling beyond the terms they publish.

Please do not enter confidential, sensitive, or commercially privileged information into the contact form or the consultation agent. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained in our mailbox for as long as it remains commercially relevant, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it by law.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@agxglobal.earth and we will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge for making a request.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us at info@agxglobal.earth and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle information already collected will be notified to affected people where practicable.
