Mortgage Broker Self-Serve Platform

A compliance-aware broker site with self-serve borrowing power, repayment and stamp duty calculators.

01

The problem

An Australian mortgage brokerage needed a client-facing site that could answer the three questions every prospect asks before they will book a call, without the broker repeating the same calculations by phone.

02

The solution

We built borrowing power, loan repayment and stamp duty calculators with state-by-state rules, a lender panel, and a rate-limited enquiry pipeline. Regulated identifiers are held in a single config module so credit licence details can never drift between the footer, the credit guide and the structured data.

03

The outcome

Prospects self-qualify before they make contact, and the compliance surface is centralised rather than scattered through the markup.

How it is wired

Agents on the left, your systems on the right, a person in the loop.

The same shape as every system we ship: specialised agents behind one orchestrator, scoped connectors into the tools that already run the business, and a named human holding the decisions that carry risk.
